In this action, it appearing to the satisfaction of the Clerk and Master, from the Plaintiffsí complaint which is sworn to that the whereabouts of UNKNOWN FATHER OF CHILD CONCEIVED IN THE SUMMER OF 2012 AT 110 JASKA AVENUE, PORTLAND, TN are unknown and cannot be ascertained after diligent search and inquiry so that the ordinary process of law cannot be served upon him.
It is therefore, ordered that publication be made in the PORTLAND SUN, a newspaper published in Sumner County, Portland, Tennessee, for four consecutive weeks commanding said defendant to file an answer to the complaint with the Clerk and Master whose address is 100 Public Square, Room 401, Gallatin, Sumner County, Tennessee 37066 and a copy to Plaintiffís attorney, according to law within thirty days from November 19, 2019. If the Defendant fails to do so, judgment by default will be taken against him for the relief demanded in the complaint.
