The Town of Kingston Springs, Tennessee is accepting sealed bids for roadway
improvements to Brush Creek Road consisting of asphalt resurfacing and striping.
Bids are due and will be opened at the Town Meeting Hall, 420 North Main Street on
May 19, 2021 @ 2:00 p.m. Bids must be submitted in a sealed envelope to “Town
of Kingston Springs, Tennessee, 396 Spring Street, or mailed to P.O. Box 256,
Kingston Springs, TN 37082”. Each envelope must be plainly marked with “Sealed
Bid – Town of Kingston Springs, Tennessee – Asphalt Resurfacing and Roadway
Improvements of Brush Creek Road.”
The envelopes containing the bids must have the following information on the

Notice of Meeting change
The Board of Mayor and Alderman meeting, the
Sewer Board meeting and the Public Hearing scheduled
for May 31, 2021 has been changed to May 24,
2021 due to the Memorial Day holiday. This change
will be for the month of May only.

Temporary/Possible Full Time Position
The Town of Pegram is accepting applications for
a temporary/possible full time position working
for the Public Works Department. Applications are
available at Town Hall at 308 Highway 70 between
the hours of 8 AM to Noon and 1 PM to 4 PM Monday
through Friday. Applicants must be at least 18,
have transportation, a valid driver’s license and be
in good physical condition. A background check
and pre-employment drug screen will be required
as Pegram is a drug free workplace. This position is
primarily outdoor labor. Applicants should be able
to do weed eating, trimming, mowing, cleaning of
facilities, trash removal, equipment operation and
maintenance, sewer inspections and any miscellaneous
duties required by the position. Experience
is helpful but not required. Must be able to work
independently and be very self motivated. The Town

May 14, 2021 and interviews will begin the week of

NOTICE
Pursuant to Section 67-5-508, Tennessee Code Annotated,
the property assessment records of Cheatham
County will be available for public inspection at the
Property Assessor’s Office at 354 Frey St. Ste B Ashland
City Tennessee during normal business hours. Any
person desiring to inspect these records may do so at
the appointed time and place.
The Cheatham County Board of Equalization will begin
its annual session to examine the county assessments
on June 1st, 2021.
THE BOARD WILL ACCEPT APPEALS FOR TAX YEAR

SESSION, WHICH WILL BE JUNE 11th, 2021.
