The Board of Mayor and Aldermen of the Town of Coopertown
will hold a Working Session on Thursday, January 28, 2021 at 5:00
p.m. Agenda: Budget Amendment’s for the 2020-2021 Budget.
A Special Call meeting will follow immediately. Agenda:
Ordinance 2021-003, Amending Ordinance 2020-003 Fiscal
Year 2020-2021 Budget; and Resolution 2021-001 Historic
Preservation Grant. Due to COVID-19 these meetings will be
held remotely via Zoom. Meeting audio will be available within

At the regular meeting on January 12, 2021 the Board of Mayor
and Aldermen adopted the following Ordinance on second and
final reading:
A. AN ORDINANCE ADOPTED FOR THE PURPOSE OF AMENDING
THE TOWN OF PLEASANT VIEW, TENNESSEE MUNICIPAL
ZONING ORDINANCE REGULATING DEVELOPMENT
WITHIN THE CORPORATE LIMITS OF PLEASANT VIEW,
TENNESSEE, TO MINIMIZE DANGER TO LIFE AND
PROPERTY DUE TO FLOODING, AND TO MAINTAIN
ELIGIBILITY FOR PARTICIPATION IN THE NATIONAL FLOOD
INSURANCE PROGRAM.
This notice is published in accordance with T.C.A. 6-2-101. The
above listed ordinance shall become effective immediately.
